As our apps are primarily ad supported, non-personally identifiable information (e.g. Device Model, Country) may be collected by third-party services so they can serve the ads you see.

For social gaming features (e.g. Global leaderboards, achievements, score sharing) third-party services may collect information they need to provide the services they offer.  This information is non-personally identifiable except for the cases where users explicitly register (or log-in) with an email address, for example.  Our apps will not collect personal information without your consent.

By using our mobile applications you consent to the terms in this privacy policy.  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from, and against, any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), arising from, or related to, any use of any application we produce or offer.

 

Children

Our applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and all other applicable laws and regulations concerning children and the internet.  We will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personal information from persons under the age of 13.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion.  Any updates will be noted by the modification date at the top of this document.
